There are two ways to redeem an eBook - on our website or via our BookPal Reader App (available for Android and iOS devices).

To redeem an eBook on your mobile device:

First, download the free BookPal Reader App onto your device.

Open the app and sign in to your BookPal account. If you don't already have an account you will need to create one.

Next, click on the "Get Books" icon at the bottom, then click on the word "Redeem" in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your eBook redemption code into the box and click "Submit Code". 

After you've verified and redeemed your book, click on the "My eBooks" link to view your eBooks. You should see a cover of the eBook you just redeemed. 

Tap on the cover to download the book onto the app library. Once downloaded, the book will be available to read on the app at any time.

Each eBook file can be downloaded on up to four different devices.

BookPal’s eBooks are set up in the industry standard ePub3 format. If you would like to read on your Nook or Kindle, you can sideload the ePub3 files onto your Nook, but the standard Kindle eReaders only allow MOBI files.
