BookPal is able to extend you great prices and higher discounts on books and journals because we purchase them from the publishers and suppliers on a non-returnable basis. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless you receive a misprinted or damaged copy or there is an error in the quantity you received. In the event that you receive damaged or misprinted copies, we will exchange the affected titles at no cost to you.

Please review your order carefully before placing it online, or via fax or phone – orders are generally submitted to the warehouse for processing immediately upon receipt, so we are not always able to cancel orders once they are placed. Please report quality or quantity issues to the Customer Service department immediately upon receipt of your order. All claims for damaged or misprinted copies must be filed within 30 days of shipment receipt.


BookPal suggests that you contact a Customer Service Representative to request a sample prior to purchasing if you are considering a new book that you have not previously ordered.
