To view the status of your order, please log into your account at www.book-pal.com. 

Once logged in, you can see if your shipment is pending shipment, shipped or delivered. You can find the shipping status under Account Overview or Order History.

For standard ground shipping, please allow 1-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. You will not receive tracking details until your order ships.

Please allow another 1-5 days transit time once it has shipped. Standard ground shipping delivers in an estimated 7-10 business days. If you chose expedited shipping, please allow one day for processing in addition to the transit time. 

As soon as an order has shipped and we receive the tracking information, we will send it to you via email. Because certain titles require transferring warehouses, we will send you tracking information once your order ships from the second warehouse.
