Tracking information is available once your order has shipped. Certain titles require transferring warehouses, and tracking information will be sent to you once it has shipped from the second warehouse. We will provide this information to you via email and it will also be available under your order information on your BookPal account. 

For standard ground shipping, please allow 1-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. For expedited orders, please allow one business day for processing prior to shipment. 

Once you have received your tracking number, you will be able to follow your shipment's progress to your location!
