Certain orders will arrive in multiple shipments, depending on the size of the order or the number of different titles, so you may not receive your entire order all at once. Each tracking number you receive will correspond to a separate shipment, which may contain one or more boxes. 

Once you've received your entire order, please count and confirm the number of books delivered. If you are missing any copies from your order, contact Customer Service at 866-522-6657 or support@book-pal.com. Provide your order number and the number of copies missing and we will gladly investigate and ship out replacements when applicable.
