If you received any damaged copies, please notify Customer Service at 866-522-6657 or support@book-pal.com. Please provide your order number and specific details of how the books are damaged (i.e. the covers torn, pages are missing, water damage) and the number of copies that are damaged. Please provide any photographs if you have them.


Once you have contacted us and provided detailed information of the damaged copies, we will ship you replacement copies. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as it is available. If you need these copies by a specific date, please let us know of your need-by-date and we will rush your shipment to ensure delivery by this date.
