While in transit, books can potentially be damaged by weather or travel. Please verify the condition of all your books once they are received. 


If you receive any damaged copies, please notify Customer Service at 866-522-6657 or support@book-pal.com. Please provide your order number or the email address where the order confirmation was received. Please let us know specifically how the books are damaged (i.e. the covers torn, pages are missing, water damage) and the number of copies that are damaged. In certain cases, we may ask for pictures of the damages to provide to the warehouse. 


Once we have received this information, we will send you replacement copies and provide you with tracking information for your replacement copies. If there is a specific date you need them by, we will rush the replacement shipment to you.


All claims for damaged books must be filed within 30 days of shipment receipt.
