Before placing an order, please review your order information carefully. Please verify you are ordering the correct version or edition of your title(s) and the correct quantity. If you notice any mistakes after your order is placed, please contact BookPal immediately to see if an exchange is possible. 

All order concerns and issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. An exchange may be made if an error was made when processing your order. If an order is received and there are any damaged or misprinted copies, we will send replacement copies.
